You will be sent a link by SMS and will have 7 calendar days from when the text is initiated to complete your ID Verification.

Give us a call on 13 77 28 between 8:45am - 4:40pm and we can help guide you through the process.

We accept any of the following:

  • A current Australian Drivers Licence
  • An Australian passport. This can be current or have expired in the last two years.
  • A current International Passport

People over the age of 13 can join QBANK. They will need eligible identification.

It will come from QBANK. See below for an example.

If you are sent a text from a mobile number and aren't sure if it is us, give us a call on 13 77 28.

 

For Apple devices you will need to have IOS 11 or higher.

For Android Devices you will need to have operating system Version 5.1 - Lollipop or higher.

The quality of the photo can impact this. Please ensure the photo is clear and there is no glare on any parts of your ID.

You will be sent an SMS from QBANK containing a link to click on; from there you will complete an ID capture and biometric scanning.

Once this has been received successfully and verified your account will be opened and confirmation sent to your nominated email address
