The QBANK Board is comprised of five Member elected Directors and two Board appointed Directors. The Board is directly accountable to our Members. It is a highly dedicated team with responsibility for the overall governance and strategic direction of our Bank.

DAN KEATING

DEREK WEATHERLEY

BCom, MAcc, FAICD

Non‑Executive Director since 14 April 2026.

Mr Weatherley is an experienced financial services executive and company director. He was most recently Chief Executive Officer of Indue Ltd, a regulated ADI providing payments, financial crime and technology services.  As CEO he led strategy, enterprise growth, digital transformation and cyber resilience.

Mr Weatherley has held a number of Non‑Executive Director roles across the Australian payments industry, including AusPayNet, eftpos Australia and was a Member of the Australian Payments Council.
