If you believe your QBANK Visa Debit Card, QBANK Bluey Visa Card or QBANK Bluey Rewarder Visa Card has been lost or stolen, or your PIN has become known to someone other than yourself, you should immediately report this. With the QBANK App, you can lock your card instantly if this occurs to protect your accounts from unauthorised activity.
Within Australia between 8:45 am and 4:30 pm (EST) Monday to Friday, please call 13 77 28. Within Australia outside the above hours, call 1800 621 199.
If you lose your card outside Australia, please call Visa’s Global Customer Assistance Services who can help you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can place a collect call from anywhere in the world to +1 303 967 1090.
Please note: you also need to call us on 13 77 28 to order a new Visa card once you have cancelled your Visa card.
