About our online application process


You can only apply online if you are:

  • eligible to be a QBANK Member, click here for a complete list of eligibility criteria;
  • 18 years or older;
  • currently residing permanently in Australia;
  • employed on a PAYG basis;
  • only applying in your name or with one other person, and using only one property as the security;
  • not using a guarantor; and
  • not buying land or building a house.

 

If you do not meet the above criteria, you can still apply over the phone (13 77 28 - Monday to Friday between 8:45am and 4:30pm) or fill out an enquiry form and we will contact you.

Verification of details

To assess your application, we will access your bank account transaction information through a third-party provider. We will also verify your identity electronically through a third-party provider, so please have your driver's licence or passport handy.

If you do not agree to share this information, you will be unable to proceed with your online application, but you can still apply over the phone (13 77 28 - Monday to Friday between 8:45am and 4:30pm) or fill out an enquiry form and we will contact you.
