Buyer’s agents typically have a network of real estate professionals which means they can access properties that may not be otherwise available – giving you the inside running to off-market opportunities.
QBANK’s Property Assistance Service is a referral arrangement with PS Property Advisory. Under the arrangement, QBANK members can access assistance and advice from PS Property Advisory regarding the purchase of real estate (either as owner/occupiers or as investors).1
PS Property Advisory are licensed real estate agents and valuers who find and negotiate the purchase of property on behalf of clients. They have been in business since 1999. PS Property Advisory provides independent property advice and services the needs of property buyers and sellers in southeast Queensland.
PS Property Advisory provides a range of services including helping you to determine your requirements for a property (including location and potential returns), identifying properties that meet your requirements and assisting with the purchasing process (including bidding at auction and completing pre-settlement inspections).
QBANK can arrange your finance pre-approval before you meet with PS Property Advisory so that you have a clear idea of your purchasing budget. Following pre-approval, and with your consent, QBANK will pass your information on to PS Property Advisory who will contact you to arrange one free initial confidential consultation1.
During your initial consultation you will have the opportunity to discuss your objectives and budget. PS Property Advisory will discuss the services they offer, how they might be able to help you achieve your goals, and the fees payable to PS Property Advisory for each level of service.
If you decide to proceed with the service, and you are financing your purchase with QBANK, some of the fees payable to PS Property Advisory may be able to be incorporated into your loan – which means you could save on your upfront purchase expenses.2
As a result of feedback from our members that some property buyers and sellers would benefit from receiving independent advice to assist them on their home-owning journey, QBANK has arranged for our members to access one free initial confidential consultation1 with Property Searchers Pty Ltd trading as PS Property Advisory. The Property Assistance Service is provided by PS Property Advisory (not QBANK).
PS Property Advisory are completely independent of QBANK. QBANK is not an owner or partner of PS Property Advisory and does not receive any fee or commission for referring a member to PS Property Advisory.
While QBANK has taken reasonable steps to confirm PS Property Advisory is appropriately licensed and resourced to provide the services, if you choose to use PS Property Advisory, QBANK does not provide any guarantee or warranty as to the quality or nature of the services or the appropriateness of any outcomes or investment you may make as a result.
In deciding whether to engage PS Property Advisory, you should consider whether PS Property Advisory is right for you, whether their services will help you achieve your goals, and ensure that you clearly understand any fees that may be payable to PS Property Advisory for their services.
Importantly, having an initial conversation with PS Property Advisory and/or attending an initial consultation, does not obligate you to use the services of PS Property Advisory.
