A claim can be lodged by calling the QBE Member Care line on 1300 734 728 or 133 723.

Claims can be lodged 24/7. Once the initial claim details are lodged, QBE will contact the policy holder directly with next steps.
Please note: QBE Claims Officers will support QBANK Members through the entire claims process during business hours, between 8am – 8pm (EST) Monday to Friday.
Insurance Policy Holders can lodge their initial claim online via: https://www.qbe.com/au/online-claims
Please note: include as much detail as possible on the online claim form. A QBE Claims Officer will then contact you within 48 hours by your preferred method of contact to discuss next steps.
