CGU Insurance Campaign - Terms and Conditions

QBANK Insurance $1,000 Prezzee Voucher Prize Draw 2026

The promoter of the “QBANK Insurance $1,000 Prezzee Voucher Prize Draw” Promotion is QPCU Limited T/A QBANK ABN 79 087 651 036 – AFSL / Australian Credit Licence 241413 (the “Promoter”).

Promotional Period

1. The Promotion commences at 12:00 am AEST Tuesday, 14 April 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AEST Sunday, 31 May 2026 (the “Promotional Period”).

Eligibility

2. Entry is open to individuals who are: 
  a. a resident of Queensland, Australia; and 
  b. an existing or new QBANK member during the Promotional Period; and 
  c. aged 18 years or older.

3. One entry per new eligible CGU insurance policy (Home, Car or Landlord Insurance) taken out via QBANK during the Promotional Period. A joint policy will receive one entry and if selected as winners the joint policy holders will be required to nominate the prize recipient. 

4. QBANK employees, contractors, officers, directors, and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter. 
Immediate family means: spouse/partner, children (any age), parents, and siblings.

Entry

5. To enter, eligible entrants must take out a new CGU Home, Car or Landlord Insurance policy via QBANK (“Eligible Policy”) during the Promotional Period. Entry is automatic upon an eligible entrant taking out an Eligible Policy. Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of eligibility.
Policies cancelled before the draw will render the associated entry invalid. The Promotion does not involve a round in which entrants are eliminated.

Prize

6. The competition consists of three (3) prizes.

7. The winners will receive one (1) $1,000 Prezzee Smart eGift Card (Prezzee Voucher).

8. Total prize pool value is $3,000.

9. The winners will be determined by random draw by a method chosen by QBANK, conducted at Level 1, 231 North Quay, Brisbane QLD 4000, on 22 June 2026 at 11:00am AEST.

10. The winners will be notified within 2 business days of the draw via phone call and email using the contact details provided when taking out the policy.

11. The winners must claim their prize by email confirmation and provide any required verification details for prize distribution. Joint entrants must nominate the email address to which they want the prize delivered.

12. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winners. If the winner does not claim their prize by Monday, 27 July 2026, the winner(s) will forfeit the prize, and the Promoter will conduct a redraw.
The redraw will be conducted at the same location on Tuesday, 28 July 2026 at 11:00am AEST. The redraw winner(s) will be notified within 2 business days of the redraw via phone and email. If the prize(s) remain unclaimed by the winner(s) of the redraw by Monday, 24 August 2026, then a further redraw will be repeated every 1 month at the same location and time until a winner claims the unclaimed prize.

13. The winners will have their initials and surname published at www.qbank.com.au/insurancedraw on Tuesday 23 June 2026. 
If a redraw occurs, the redraw winner’s details will be published on the same webpage on Wednesday 29 July 2026.

14. The prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods/services.

15. The Promoter will not be liable for any costs associated with accessing or participating in the Promotion.

16. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered (including direct, indirect, or consequential loss) in connection with the prize or Promotion.

17. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address, membership status, policy validity and any other information relevant to entry. 
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who: 
 •  provides false information; 
 •  fails to provide requested information; 
 •  breaches these conditions; 
 •  submits offensive or inappropriate entries; 
 •  manipulates, interferes with or tampers with the Promotion; or 
 •  engages in misconduct intended to jeopardise the fair conduct of the Promotion.
